Unfair Advantage
Resources:
1. Im a UF student: theres a finite amount of us and it helps me get a foothold in the door at the school
2. Small amount of financial capital: Money can be used for promotion and a lot of artist don't have much of it
3. my outgoing personality allows me to entertain and meet new people: a lot of artists are anti social and can be quite introverted. My ability to put myself out there is what helps me stand out
4. The access to other talented students at UF: The UF student body is full of talented people that I can collaborate with to help me build my dream.
5. My tenacity and hard work ethic that was instilled in me as a youth: A lot of people don't have a natural desire to work hard but mine was built in and keeps me ahead of the pack. Top Resource: I believe that hard work and staying dedicated is absolutely vital for any business to succeed. If you aren't willing to put the time in then you will fail.
6. My social media following: I have thousands of people that can see my content and help spread the word of my brand.
7. The ability for me to make excellent music: In order to spread a music brand, first and foremost the music needs to be good.
8. My musical versatility and love for most forms of music: Being able to incorporate all elements of music will help me stand out and find my own sound.
9. My intelligence and business oriented mindset: I believe only certain people have a mind built for loving business and lucky mine is one of them. It helps me take calculated and strategic approaches to my music.
10. My natural desire to keep creating: This keeps me going and keeps me focused on building my dream.

Hey James, I think these are some good resources for your venture. I like your top resource, working hard and staying dedicated is important when trying to create something unique. Also, the ability to keep creating is special. I'm a novice at creating music, but I often restart projects because I don't like the sound and that puts me off from making more music. Great job on the assignment.

I like how you listed tenacity as your top resource. Nothing great would ever happen without tenacious people who are willing to put in the time to make some change.
Hey, how’s it going James! I really enjoyed your unfair advantage list, and I think there were some pretty cool advantages. Personally, I think that your number one unfair advantage should be something that is limited to other people. I believe that there are a ton of other people in the world who are very hard-working, so that trade is something that other people could possess. The first unfair advantage you listed about being a UF student Is pretty exclusive, and I don’t think many people could replicate that. Hopefully this helps, great post overall though!
