Secret Sauce
5 things that make me different:
1. I definitely think my level of intelligence and thought process sets me apart from most individuals.
2. I think my history with my heart condition and health problems has given me a different value and prospective on life.
3. I think being black and speaking the way I do definitely sets me apart as a human being as well.
4. I believe my kindness and honestly is something that can set me apart, im often brutally honest.
5. I think my leadership skills are something that is valuable and sets me apart.
Unfortunately the audio recordings i saved of the interviews are in m4a format and cannot be uploaded to this but I will give a brief synopsis.
1. Charismatic, open minded, willing to hear different sides of story's and willing to hear other peoples perspective. Takeaways: I feel I definitely have charisma. I'm not always the best at seeing other peoples perspective but I try my best.
2. ability to adjust, leader and ability to bring people together. Takeaways: I feel I have the qualities of a good leader. I try to be as helpful as I can and I appreciate that that doesn't go unnoticed.
3. Unique, compassionate, kind and willing to help out, works to get where hes at, never stops working, hardest worker I know. Takeaways: This motivates me hearing I work hard I really appreciate that. Sometimes I have self doubt but stuff like this helps me push through.
4. humble, funny, adventurous guy. Takeaways: I always love to take risks. I'm young and free and if you never live, you'll never have anything to talk about when you old.
5. hard working, dedicated, always trying to push the bar, pushing to progress in life, unique, layed back calm and composed. Takeaways. Again, the hard working thing gets to me. Sometimes I feel like the effort I put in is netiquette but I guess some people do notice.
Reflection: I think people see me as more hardworking then I see myself that was my biggest thing I noticed. I noticed that my kindness is noticed by others and I'm glad I'm somebody fun to be around lol.

Gteat work man. I had similar problems getting my recording to work so I didn't submit the assigment. I wish I submitted what I wrote now. After looking at your project. I think you did a good job even without the recordings tho.
